required License: Valid state license required Certifications: BLS,
ACLS, RCIS, OBMI Must-Have: Scrub experience in Cath Lab and Angio.
Description: Ideal candidates are experienced in both Cath Lab and
Angio with scrub experience. Candidates with scrub experience in
all service lines - Cardiac, Neuro, etc., are also accepted. Call
is required about one weeknight per week and one weekend every 3-4
weeks. Refusal to float as requested will result in cancellation of
contract. Travelers must complete any assigned education within one
week of assignment. Mandatory cancellation terms require
cancellation 1.5 hours before the start of a shift. Personnel may
be mandatorily cancelled one shift per two-week pay period without
cause or penalty. Scrub experience is required as a 1st assistant
to the operator. Perform complex cardiac interventions utilizing
advanced equipment. Involvement in pericardiocentesis and insertion
of devices such as Impella and IABP is expected. Candidates must
demonstrate proficiency in maintaining sterile fields and room
circulation. Dedicated call rooms and shower facilities are
available for staff use. Travelers should possess the ability to
recognize life-threatening arrhythmias. All required skills should
align with current interventional cardiology practices. A
background check with no felony hits is required. References from a
charge, supervisor, or manager are necessary. Requirements Required
