Patient Care Tech Location: Portland, OR Agency: Acruex Health
Pay: $648 to $792 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12
hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the
Position Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00/Hourly. Summary: A CNA
(Certified Nursing Assistant) or Nurse Assistant in a
Medical-Surgical unit provides direct patient care under the
supervision of registered nurses. They assist with daily living
activities, monitor patient conditions, and help ensure comfort,
safety, and recovery for patients with a wide range of medical and
post-surgical conditions. Locals accepted at lower rate
Responsibilities: ?Assist patients with activities of daily living
(ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Help
patients with mobility, including transferring, repositioning, and
ambulation. Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse,
respiration, blood pressure). Observe and report changes in patient
condition to nursing staff. Assist with post-operative care,
including wound care support and monitoring recovery. Requirements
Requirements: 6 months experience required, Epic experience
required, Medical Surgical experience required, BLS Certification,
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Locals accepted at lower rate.
