Site needs additional coverage support beginning in January 2026 as
a result of a physician leaving the community. • Vendors are
responsible for obtaining and submitting all necessary pre-hire
requirements including a completed background check and drug screen
to People Services as part of provider onboarding. • Medical Staff
Services/CVO will conduct separate background screening and
credentialing reviews required for privileging and credentialing •
Facilities may impose various administrative, credentialing, or
enrollment-related fees as part of their onboarding and approval
processes. Please refer to contract terms. All such fees are the
responsibility of the vendor and must be satisfied to proceed with
