Join a traveling Physical Therapist team supporting a skilled
nursing facility in Reedsport, OR, where you will help patients
recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while

reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's,
Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited
program approved by the APTA. Active Oregon Physical Therapy
license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from
AHA or ARC may be required. Experience treating both inpatient and
outpatient populations, with an emphasis on outpatient care
preferred. Ability to provide care across a mixed caseload
including inpatient and outpatient settings during the same
assignment. Willingness to work a schedule that includes four
10-hour day shifts with a guaranteed Tuesday day off
(non-negotiable). Pelvic floor therapy experience is preferred but
not required. Female clinicians interested in pelvic floor
professional development are encouraged to apply. Assignment
Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days.
Shift Details: Four 10-hour day shifts per week. Schedule Note:
Tuesday is a required day off within the weekly schedule. Caseload:
Combination of inpatient and outpatient, with greater emphasis on
outpatient treatment. Oregon license required. Onsite training and
professional development opportunities available, including pelvic
floor therapy training for those interested. Location Highlights
