Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT in Hillsboro, OR. We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility regain or improve daily living skills following injury, illness, or disability. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Oregon Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with common SNF documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred. Experience treating adults with post-acute needs, dementia, or complex medical comorbidities preferred. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
