Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job
in Woodburn, Oregon. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty:
Physical Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Duration: 13 weeks - 40
hours per week - Shift: 8 hours - Employment Type: Travel Looking

Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
approved by the APTA. - Active Oregon physical therapy license
required to start the assignment. - BLS certification from the
American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. -
Experience working in skilled nursing facilities or long-term care
preferred. - Experience with gait training, transfers, therapeutic
exercise, and use of standard assistive devices preferred. - Client
requires demonstrated ability to manage caseloads and document in
electronic medical records; experience with EMR systems preferred.
