Provider Type:

• MD/DO
• Emergency Medicine trained physician

Coverage Details:

• One FTE needed for listed coverage gaps
• 10-hour shifts
• Hospital privileges required
• Both inpatient and outpatient Emergency Department coverage
• No rounding or admissions responsibilities

Facility Details:

• 8-bed Emergency Department
• 7 inpatient beds/rooms
• Average daily volume: 41 patients
• All patient populations

Procedures & Support:

• Standard Emergency Medicine procedures required
• Must provide documentation of Emergency Medicine services within previous 24 months
• Provider may work solo; some day shifts include APP support

EMR: Epic

Requirements:

• ABEM Required
• Board Certified Emergency Medicine Required
• Active Oregon license Required
• BLS Required
• ACLS Required
• PALS Required
• ATLS Required
• TNCC Required
