Job Description:
Applicants must be very comfortable with prep work and friers,
basic to advanced saute experience and have a general knowledge of
standard cooking techniques. Minimum of 1 year experience in a
professional kitchen. We are looking for cooks who are not afraid
of hard work and can be on their feet for extended periods of time.
Applicant must present a sense of urgency, be good with time
management and self starting. In addition, we are looking for
someone who will maintain a clean work station with awareness of
food safe rules and regulations. Must also have a current food
handlers card.
