Web Support Engineer

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Web Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of customer issues for Web and Server products and see problems through to resolution
Research, diagnose, and resolve customer issues, often in close communication with the development teams
Communicate and collaborate with Sales and PMs about feature requests and help track them

Required Qualifications:

Good developer experience with frontend technologies like React, TypeScript, Vue, etc
Solid experience troubleshooting and debugging Web issues
Good familiarity with browser technologies
Familiarity with Docker and Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
Experience with Zendesk (or other CRMs) and JIRA is a plus
