Manager (Hands-On) to lead a small team (up to 10 engineers) while
contributing directly as a senior developer. This is a

Your Impact Lead day-to-day operations of engineering squads,
ensuring delivery aligns with business priorities and timelines.
Contribute production code, guide system architecture and ensure
engineering best practices across codebases and deployments.
Collaborate with product and design leaders to define scope,
roadmap, and feature prioritization. Drive execution across cycles,
backlogs, and releases using tools like Linear and Monday. Innovate
through the use of Gen AI in the development process to increase
productivity and speed. Facilitate sprint planning, reviews,
retrospectives, and stakeholder updates to ensure transparency and
alignment. Coach and mentor software engineers, fostering growth in
technical depth, product thinking, and delivery habits. Build a
team culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous
improvement. Champion performance, reliability, and scalability in
application design and infrastructure. Partner with QA, DevOps, and
security to integrate testing, monitoring, and compliance into
development workflows. What You Bring Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 7
years of software development experience, with 2 years in a
leadership, delivery, or engineering management role. Proven
ability to lead agile teams, deliver complex projects in fast-paced
environments, and ability to balance IC work with managing agile
teams. Strong coding skills in PHP (Symfony/Laravel),
MySQL/Postgres, React/Next.js, TypeScript. Strong understanding of
full-stack development, CI/CD practices, and cloud-based
architectures (AWS preferred). Excellent project management skills
with experience driving technical roadmaps to completion.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder alignment, and people
leadership abilities. Bonus: Experience in hospitality, travel,
eCommerce, or platform-based SaaS environments. Be Part of
