Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney – Hybrid | Portland, Oregon GPAC has partnered with a highly respected law firm seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. This is a hybrid role with low billable requirements , offering excellent work-life balance and the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial litigation matters. Key Responsibilities: Conduct legal research and in-depth legal analysis to support ongoing litigation Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, discovery responses, and briefs Assist with trial preparation, including witness prep and discovery management Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, arbitrations, and depositions Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and execute effective case strategies Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in Oregon (Washington license a plus) 3–8 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and legal strategy Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills Proficiency with legal research tools and case management systems What You’ll Need to Succeed: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong time management and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines Benefits: Competitive salary with low billable requirements Health insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off Supportive and collaborative work environment Ready to make a move?
