Job Description:

Production Associate Our Client is a contract packer or co-packer, co-packs ready to drink beverage products in aluminum cans ranging from juices, energy drinks, teas and carbonated soda drinks in a wide variety of aluminum can sizes. Summary The Production Technician is responsible for performing all tasks associated with beverage production equipment in a safe manner, keeping quality and efficiency in mind. Responsibilities Responsible for performing all tasks associated with production equipment in a safe manner, keeping quality and efficiency in mind. Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products. Regulate machine flow, speed, or temperature. Stop or resets machines when malfunctions occur. Troubleshoot and report all deviations from standard parameters. Work with the team to determine root cause of the problem. Ensure all products are manufactured safely by following Good Manufacturing Practices. Complete required production paperwork accurately. Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance. Qualifications High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar setting at the same company. Basic computer, math and written communication skills Manufacturing experience required Food & Beverage manufacturing experience is a highly preferred. Knowledge of sanitation, GMP and allergen handling processes a plus Prior experience with production paperwork Two professional references required from last two jobs held Competitive applicants will have held jobs for at least 2-3 years at a time with good references.
