North Valley Vineyards is looking to expand our small team of wine professionals! Currently we are seeking a part-time Tasting Room Associate for the North Valley Vineyards & La Biblioteca tasting rooms in downtown Dundee, OR. Both are located within The Dundee Hotel and the position would include splitting your time between the two brands.This position requires a hospitality heart, excellent communication skills, and a flexible can-do attitude. Wine knowledge and tasting room experience is strongly preferred. Interested applicants should be eager to develop their knowledge of all aspects of the world of wine and be confident to share what they know with our guests to foster their own curiosities. Reliability and ability to work independently is a must. If you thrive in a small team environment and are passionate about great wine and people, we'd love to talk to you!Core Responsibilities:-Convey the North Valley and La Biblioteca brand stories with a focus on building brand loyalty-Provide high-level, educational, and personalized customer service to all visitors-Maintain a friendly, warm, and clean tasting room environment- Assist in planning, promoting and executing events on and off-site-Availability to work weekends, occasional evenings, and occasional holidays
