_*Program Coordinator *_Our client, a leading Pacific Northwest utility company, is looking for a temporary Program Coordinator to join their team! This role will be influential in supporting data tracking, quality control checks, program support, and aiding in special projects for one of their Program Implementation Teams. Please apply today!*Pay Rate: *$20.89, DOE*Location: *Portland, Oregon *HYBRID * Tuesday & Thursdays Onsite*Type: *Contract Duration 7+ months (Possibility of extension)*Responsibilities of the Program Coordinator: ** Ensure strategic alignment, cost effectiveness and mitigation of negative operational and customer service impacts of business initiatives and projects.* Coordinating the day-to-day activities of multiple projects, including preparing and maintaining project plans, project schedules, tracking key metrics, managing budgets and expenditures, and setting up of project records systems.* Provide pro-active project support by scheduling meetings, developing agendas, distributing meeting materials, capturing minutes, tracking assignments, and requesting updates for assigned projects and steering committees.* Maintain, monitor, and update the project plan.* Organizing and facilitating internal and external stakeholder meetings where appropriate and distributing minutes to all attendees.* Assist program teams in facilitating business process improvement (BPI) activities; assists managers and subject matter experts to identify, improve and revise processes, practices, and policies; assists managers in measuring pre- and post-improvement performance to monitor success of improvement initiatives.* Prepare program/project level communications such as progress reports, proposals, and presentations.* Partner with product specialists and program managers to improve overall organizational competencies in project management.*Requirements/Qualifications of the Program Coordinator: ** 2 5 years of program/project coordination experience is required.* Previous working experience with utility or energy efficiency industry is a plus.* The ability to navigate various systems and process steps is a plus.* Must possess excellent communication and organizational abilities.* Strong attention to detail is required.* Customer service skills and experience are required.* Strong research and report-generating skills are preferred.* Experience working within and coordination multidisciplinary teams is preferred.**We are unable to accommodate corp. to corp. candidates***About Motus Recruiting and Staffing, Inc:*_Founded in 2006, Motus is an award-winning recruiting and staffing firm in the Pacific Northwest, specializing in professional services and technology solutions.
