Job Title: Garden Center Sales Associate Location: Garland Nursery – 5470 NE Hwy 20, Corvallis, OR 97330 Job Type: Seasonal Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner Provide advice on plant care, gardening products, and landscaping Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor Stock shelves, replenish inventory, and assist with inventory management Operate the register and process customer transactions accurately Answer customer questions and offer recommendations on plants, tools, and products Help load and transport plants and products for customers as needed Assist with store opening and closing procedures Maintain cleanliness and safety of the garden center area Qualifications Previous experience in retail or customer service (preferred) Knowledge or interest in gardening and plants Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Team player with a positive attitude Benefits Employee discounts on plants and products Opportunities for career growth and development Fun, supportive team environment We are looking forward to reading your application.
