Representative, you’ll gain valuable experience representing a

Sales Representative? Develop in-depth knowledge of AT&T’s full
product portfolio through ongoing, hands-on training that turns
technical features into real-world customer benefits. Learn from
top-performing team members by observing effective strategies for
customer needs analysis, solution presentation, and closing
techniques. Create strong first impressions by welcoming customers
with genuine enthusiasm and guiding conversations toward tailored
solutions. Conduct engaging product demonstrations that highlight
the power of 5G, the reliability of fiber, and the value of bundled
entertainment options. Accurately assess customer needs and
recommend ideal combinations of wireless, internet, and TV
services. Maintain an organized, visually appealing sales
environment, ensuring displays and marketing materials are always
up to standard. Efficiently manage point-of-sale systems to process
activations, upgrades, and transactions with precision Proactively
seek feedback from mentors and leadership to continuously sharpen
sales techniques and deepen product expertise.
