agency in 2019 after working as a State Farm team member since
2016, and today I lead a team of seven in the only female-owned
State Farm agency in Central Oregon. Im local to the area and
deeply connected to the community we serve. Outside of work, youll
usually find me hiking, waterfall hunting, spending time near the
water, floating the river, reading (I average about 200 books a
year), or heading to a concert. Im married, have a cat, and truly
value balance and enjoying life outside the office. Community
involvement is a big part of who we are. Were actively involved
with the Opportunity Foundation and Every Child, including
organizing drives to support foster children during the holidays.
We also work closely with Guardian Group and BNI members, founded
our BNI chapter in 2019, and stay engaged through the local Chamber
of Commerce. For our team, we offer a Simple IRA, health benefits,

DESCRIPTION: As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for
Jessica Anderson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily
business operations and customers success. You grow our agency
through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison
between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the
lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products
and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an
attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to
have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and maintain
customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct
policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee
the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of
our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to
both cold and warm leads. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in insurance
sales or account management preferred. Leadership and interpersonal
skills. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Willingness
to engage in sales conversations.
