Registered Nurse (RN) | Dialysis Location: Bend, OR Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,414 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/26/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Dialysis RN in Bend, Oregon, 97701! Job Title: Dialysis Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Dialysis Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: 1 year of experience required License: Current state nursing license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Charge experience highly preferred Must be willing to float within scope to meet facility needs. On-call requirements from 18:30 to 08:00, Sunday, 24 hours once a month. Weekend coverage is required every other weekend. Description: May be placed in the charge RN role. Epic experience is preferred. Patient ratios are 1:2 during the day and 1:1 at night. First-time travelers are welcome. Candidates must have experience in chronic outpatient dialysis. Ability to conduct dialysis procedures, including ultrafiltration calculations and management of anticoagulation. Experience with blood glucose monitoring and interpretation/management of dysrhythmias is preferred. Familiarity with hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and therapeutic plasma exchange is required. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to cannulate AV grafts and fistulas. Knowledge of dialysis alarms and protocols for post-treatment care is essential. Expect to float and perform dialysis in inpatient units, including ICU and stepdown. Strong communication and teamwork skills are necessary to collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams.
