dynamic, organized, and results-driven Permanent Operations Manager
to lead our operations team. This is a unique opportunity to play a
pivotal role in the growth of our company. You will be responsible
for ensuring that our company is running as well as it possibly
can, with a smooth, efficient service that meets the expectations
and needs of customers and clients. This position requires a
strategic thinker with a knack for problem-solving and a passion
for creating and implementing systems that improve operational
efficiency. Responsibilities: As a Permanent Operations Manager,
you will be wearing multiple hats. Your responsibilities will
include: 1. Overseeing all operational activities for the
organization. 2. Identifying opportunities to streamline business
processes and systems. 3. Translating strategy into actionable
goals for performance and growth and helping to implement
organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual
operating planning. 4. Overseeing contract negotiation and legal
activities: client contracts, partnership agreements, vendor
contracts, and other legal documents. 5. Coordinating with human
resources department to recruit skilled talent and keep the best
employees. 6. Overseeing marketing initiatives and implementing
better business practices. 7. Assessing and implementing improved
processes and new technologies, and collaborating with management
regarding the implementation of these improvements. 8.
Collaborating with executive-level management in the development of
performance goals and long-term operational plans. 9. Maximizing
efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and
interdepartmental collaboration. Qualifications: To be considered
for the Permanent Operations Manager position, you should meet the
following criteria: 1. Proven work experience as Operations Manager
or similar role with 5 years in leadership positions. 2. Knowledge
of organizational effectiveness and operations management. 3.
Experience budgeting and forecasting. 4. Familiarity with business
and financial principles. 5. Excellent communication skills. 6.
Leadership ability with outstanding organizational skills. 7.
Ability to develop, implement and review policies and procedures.
8. Ability to analyze information and to evaluate the implications
of a course of action or solution. 9. Ability to interpret and
apply laws, regulations, and policies. 10. Ability to work
cooperatively with others. 11. Bachelor's degree in operations
